Working within the renovation restrictions of the state historic district, an unreliable air handler needed to be replaced without any disruption to the occupants as quickly as possible. An ACCESS site-assembled unit was installed in the extremely limited space of the building basement to replace the 151,000 cfm capacity of the old unit.
